Origin Yoga YTT 200 – Gnosis Yoga School
This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed for those who want to deepen their personal practice, gain a strong foundation in yoga teaching, and explore the philosophy, anatomy, and practical tools that support lifelong learning.
Offered through Gnosis Yoga School, the Origin Yoga YTT combines clear instruction, hands-on experience, and thoughtful self-inquiry. Whether you're planning to teach or simply want to step more fully into your own growth, this program is designed to meet you where you are—and support where you're going.
What You'll Learn: Functional anatomy, intelligent sequencing, safe alignment, philosophy and history of yoga, cueing, hands-on assists, trauma-awareness, and the ethics of holding space.
Lineages Included: Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Kriya, Nidra -- guests instructors will be hosted for different weeks. We will deep dive into each lineage with devoted practitioners ready to share their lens on a long tradition!
